* Cleans guest rooms to desired standard (on average 14-16 rooms per shift), including but not limited to linen and towel exchange, vacumming, dusting, washing/wiping bath areas, floors, mirrors, windows, stripping and remaking beds, replenishing amenities, etc.

* Inventories rooms ensuring all equipment and amenities are fully operational.

*  Maintains and restocks cart supplies.

* Ensures perfect accountability for all equipment, materials and sensitive items issued.

* Ensures safety and security of guests and their posessions.

* If required, resolves guests compliants.

This is a physically demanding position (prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stretching, bending, carrying items and pushing carts). Frequent exposure to hot water, liquid cleansers and cleaning materials, polishers, etc.
